What we send

We send transactional updates about your reservation only — for example a booking confirmation, an approval, a “ready for pickup” notice (which may include an access code), pickup and return reminders, and your receipt. We do not send marketing texts.

How you opt in

When you provide your mobile number while booking a rental on this site, you agree to receive these transactional texts about your reservation. Providing your number is your consent.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us at any time. Reply HELP for help. Opting out won’t cancel your reservation — we’ll reach you by email instead.
